Every piece is made to order and shipped with tracking.

Production time
Each item is printed after you order. Production takes 2–4 business days. During the holiday season, allow up to 2 extra business days.
Delivery time
Orders ship within the United States and arrive 3–7 business days after production. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping cost
Shipping is a flat $6.95 per order. Orders over $50 ship free.
Where we ship
We ship to all 50 US states and Washington, DC. We don’t ship internationally yet.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn’t updated in 5 business days, or a package is marked delivered but hasn’t arrived, email hello@mugandmarker.com with your order number and we’ll help.
