Personalized pieces are made just for you. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Damaged, defective, or misprinted items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or printed differently from what you entered, email hello@mugandmarker.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Personalized items
Because personalized items are made with your name, date, or phrase, they can’t be returned or exchanged for change of mind. Please double-check spelling before checkout — we print exactly what you enter.
Non-personalized items
Coloring books ordered without personalization can be returned unused within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Order changes and cancellations
Need to fix a typo? Email hello@mugandmarker.com within 12 hours of ordering and we’ll update or cancel your order before it goes into production.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
